“I am so pleased that I chose The One Agency for the sale of my mum’s property. They are extremely approachable and friendly, giving fantastic service at very reasonable prices. The whole team are all very professional and extremely efficient with an extensive detailed knowledge of the area and the market. First of all I met Dean who is very easy to get on with, yet extremely professional, dedicated and experienced. Then Fiona, who is a fantastic communicator and negotiator with both buyers and sellers alike. They certainly know how to do their job!!! You are kept informed at every step of the process, either by email or phone - if they say they will call you back, they do. I have worked in legal conveyancing for 23 years and have had dealings with many agents, and I can honestly say that they fully deserve a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would, without a doubt, use them again myself in the future. A fantastic, reliable and very capable team of both management and staff.”

It was then Fiona who dealt with our sale.
