“Outstanding service. Dean and one agency are the only company you should call when it comes to buying or selling property. We had a few hiccups with our sale, due to many different solicitors being involved. Dean managed to navigate through all of the issues as they arose. Offering professional advice and reassurance. At what was a very stressful time for us. Dean and one agency got us under offer in 2 days! In fact both viewing resulted in offers over our asking price. We got our house sold to a lovely local family at a good price for all concerned. If buying, or selling in the Stoke on Trent area One agency are dependable very professional and fair on price.”
