One great team who organised everything and did all the viewings until it was sold. One extremely happy customer who'd recommend within one breath. “5 Stars and we didn't even end up selling our home! In the end the whole process taught us how much we loved our home and how little there was out there so we decided to stay. But had we moved then I'm sure Dean, Fiona and the rest of the team would have been just as awesome for the rest of the process. I knew when I wanted to move I wanted an honest estate agent who I could get on the phone quickly and not be stuck dialling through robot keypad instructions. At first we were to go with a popular cheap up front cost digital agent or a big local agent who was charging 1%+VAT No Sale No Fee. We felt the digital agent wasn't personal enough and the local agent wanted too much money. In an effort to compare prices I rang around a few more agents and just asked outright how much they charged. Most were 1%+VAT but One Agency had a set fee with No Sale No Fee which I could get behind. It felt like the right price but what most persuaded me was how the phone call was answered so quickly and I spoke with the person for so long and they didn't seem rushed or wanting to sell to me. I knew from then that One Agency was for me. The whole way through our process which has lasted just over a month and a half communication has been clear and really incredible. Then when it came to making the big decision to pull out feeling incredibly guilty to our buyers there was no judgement from the One Agency team and they were still on side even thought let's face it... they made nothing from the process. Thank you One Agency team, you made it as easy as could be whilst adding that human contact.”
