“Handled the sale of our property professionally during a difficult covid period. One Agency conducted most of the viewings for us except we had to cover these ourselves at weekends. Viewings were followed up promptly to provide feedback and interest from potential buyers. Their terms and conditions were explained clearly at the initial meeting and fixed fee on sale means you know what you will be paying. Regular feedback was given on the interest in the property as were discussions on how the property was priced and if this needed to be changed. Once a sale was agreed, subject to contract, the feedback on progress of the sale was excellent and One Agency were in regular contact with the buyers and solicitors involved. Overall we would happily use One Agency again. int he future.”
