“We cannot recommend OneAgency enough! The team assisted in the selling of our property and also purchase of another property. From point of first contact through to completion nothing was too much trouble. We were part of a large, complex chain and the communication was fantastic from the team throughout. Dean came out to value and photograph our property very quickly. Fiona is an amazing asset to the team, she communicated regularly with everybody in the chain, (solicitors included) and was crucial in keeping our chain together and aiding completion. They charge a set fee so there is no hidden costs. The team were quick to respond with all enquiries. They have extended opening hours, return your calls, and respond to emails promptly. Just a great service. We have purchased a property to rent and we have been so happy with the service from OneAgency that we have asked them to manage the rental property for us.
