“I have no hesitation in recommending the services of One Agency who right from arranging a valuation viewing, have been most helpful, courteous and obliging, keeping me fully informed at all stages of the process. On appointing One Agency the Sale Board was promptly erected at the property and the online details posted on their own website and on the Rightmove website. All viewings were arranged suitable to both parties and followed up on for feedback. When an offer from a buyer was made via the Agent, this was amicably negotiated to mutual satisfaction and the Subject to Contract sign updated immediately. Their entire help thereafter in issuing the Bill of Sale document and advising on the Solicitor procedure and process has been exemplary and a most personal and professional service right through to completion and beyond.
