“I sold my property via one agency and would highly recommend their services. Costings were fully transparent and even though the sale of my property took some time remained at my original quote. They helped me to find my solicitor with relative ease and throughout my sale kept in regular communication both over the phone and via email. “Thank you to Dean, Fiona and Joshua at The One Agency for your professionalism, help and support throughout the sales process. The initial fixed-fee quotation was fair and transparent, and we felt that this was a much fairer approach than a percentage-based commission (as our experience with other estate agents had been that the initial selling price was overestimated and they were reluctant to action market-driven reductions which, we felt, was motivated by the fact that any price reduction would lower their commission) - whereas with The One Agency, they suggested an initial starting price to test the market, and a timely review with a view to a price reduction in the event of a lack of interest. The photographs and video tour were of an extremely high quality, and staff acted on enquiries and arranged viewings in a timely manner - they also went above and beyond in proactively maintaining contact with both the buyers and their solicitors, and feeding back to us when the process was stalled by issues to do with the buyers’ solicitors, which made us feel assured that everything was in hand. Overall, from the initial contact to the final exchange of keys, the whole process was smooth, professional and efficient from start to finish, and we cannot recommend The One Agency highly enough.”
