Under the terms of the Estate Agents Act 1979, we are obliged to inform you that if you are currently bound by the terms of a sole agency agreement, you should consider the terms of that agreement before appointing another estate agent, as there could be a liability for double commission. The First50 offer is available to the first 50 homes we are instructed to sell and is limited to properties within ST1 - ST9 and it will close on the 10 June 2019.
